GridBase authorizes “Good Faith” security research on its infrastructure and will not pursue legal action against researchers who comply with this policy.
2. Reporting Protocol
- Primary Channel: Secure transmission to security@gridbase.tech.
- Method: Encrypted email preferred.
- Documentation: Reports must include a technical Proof of Concept (PoC).
3. Scope of Engagement
- In Scope:
gridbase.tech,api.gridbase.tech. - Out of Scope: Internal logic of diagnostic tools, social engineering, DoS attacks, or any attempt to access client data.
4. Remediation & Triage
Vulnerabilities are triaged based on their potential impact on Intelligence Integrity.
- Critical Severity: Target assessment and initial roadmap within 72 business hours of confirmation.
